# [[macOS]] - File Dialogs Any native file dialog window can accept drag & drops. If you drag a file (from nearly anywhere) you can drop it onto the frame of the window, and the window will navigate to the location of the dropped file so you can select it. Super handy for when you accidentally search for something in finder rather than in the dialog window and don't want to navigate there again.
